We come across various technologies that push the boundaries of our daily routines and enhance our way of life. Sometimes that technology can bring us frustrations, anger and loss of productivity. The headaches that usually come with troubleshooting and searching online is all too familiar to us all.

Google has become the mainstream “tech support” for all users looking to find a quick solution to that pesky problematic program that won’t seem to do a task it should do properly.

Sometimes we take the easy way out and re-install the program and to an end-all solution we even re-install Windows when we feel that we have given up.

The goal of this site, The Network Technician, is to provide simple solutions to the every day tasks you and I need to perform to get things done. I’ll even go through a troubleshooting process to help you resolve technical problems for Windows, Linux, OS X, Cisco and all that other good stuff.
